I spent 16 years of my career in Istanbul, Turkey, as a professional Language Linguist and ex pat Journalist; I greatly enjoyed being a Teacher Trainer for Cambridge University Press. Established my own educational company Unique Education for many years. I taught myself fluent Turkish and was an interpreter in Istanbul and Kusadasi working for the crown prosecution and police upon request. During my time in Istanbul, I was a member of press for the British Consulate. I am a well presented, articulate professional that is goal driven and thrive using my own initiative. I pride myself on being able to multitask and cope well in stressful situations. My skills and strengths lie in all forms of administration, business development, quality client service and management partnered with good communication skills. Whilst tutoring the family of one of Turkey's prominent Film Directors I was inspired to step into the world of voice over. Therefore in 2011 I founded British Voice Over UK, on my return to the United Kingdom; ever since, I have been producing professional voice over for TV/ Radio commercials, corporate animation and training videos, podcasts, newcasts, animation and gaming characters, promos and TV station tags, dubbing projects and much more besides…
