Once the artist is selected, we manage the next steps — quote, scheduling, final materials, recording, approval and delivery.

Select your talent
Visit our artists page and choose the perfect voiceover talent for your project. You can browse by language, accent, style or vocal quality.
Get an instant quote
After selecting your artist, fill out the instant online quote form for a commercial or corporate project. We’ll send you a confirmation email with your quote.
Schedule your recording
We’ll contact you to arrange the recording session and confirm the date with both the voiceover artist and our studio team.
Provide final reference materials
Send us your final scripts and any reference audio, pronunciation guides or timing notes before the recording date. If required, we can integrate your voiceover into an MP4 video for an additional cost.
Approve your voiceover
Once the recording is complete, we’ll deliver WAV files for you to review and approve, ensuring the final voiceover fits your usage requirements.
Payment
After approval, send us a purchase order for the final project cost. We’ll issue an invoice that is due within 30 days.
