How our voiceover casting process works

Whether you need a single commercial voiceover, a corporate narration, a multilingual campaign or full localisation support, our process is designed to keep things clear, efficient and easy to manage.

We guide you through each stage, helping you choose the right voice artist, prepare the recording properly and receive finished audio that is ready to use.

Our process is simple

1

Get your quote

Choose between a commercial or corporate quote. Complete the instant quote form and, once submitted, we’ll display a price that will also be emailed to you.

2

Casting brief

We’ll contact you to gather your casting brief. Don’t have one? No worries — we can guide you through the process and help you choose suitable voiceover artists.

3

Final materials

We’ll need your final reference materials, including scripts and audio elements. If required, we can integrate your voiceover into an MP4 video for an additional cost.

4

Approve your voiceover

Once the recording is complete, we’ll deliver WAV files for you to review and approve, ensuring the final audio meets your usage requirements.

5

Payment

After approval, send us a purchase order for the final project cost. We’ll issue an invoice due within 30 days.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the voiceover casting process take?

Timings depend on the project size, script length and artist availability. For straightforward projects, casting and recording can often move quickly once the brief and final script are approved.

Can you help me choose the right voice artist?

Yes. If you do not already have a preferred voice style, we can guide you through tone, accent, gender, age range and delivery style before recommending suitable artists.

Can I direct the voiceover recording live?

Yes. We can arrange remote directed sessions where you or your client can listen in and provide feedback during the recording.

Do you support multilingual casting?

Yes. We work with native-speaking voice artists across a wide range of languages and can support multilingual campaigns, localisation projects and dubbing workflows.

What files do you deliver?

We usually deliver clean WAV files, but we can provide other formats depending on your technical requirements.

Can you add the voiceover to video?

Yes. If needed, we can integrate the voiceover into an MP4 video or support wider audio post-production, timing and localisation requirements.
